• All data collection, processing, storage, transfer, and deletion operations concerning individuals located in India or for services offered to Indian residents.
• Data processed both within India and by foreign entities serving Indian citizens/residents.

Note: DPDPA does not apply to manual data (not digitized) or data 100+ years old.

• Technical & Usage: IP, device, logs, analytics, cookies
